Mate, late night hot food closes at 1am. Comes in handy when ya in need of some fried hot food. Everything is cooked fresh to order, so when you receive ya meal be nice and hot. Chicken pieces well coated with nice crisp also can choose whether you like spicy or original. The spicy has a little tang not too much spicy All in all I have been to this Broasters here in Brighton many times and am delighted with the service. Good place to hit up for late night munchies, also have many other items on the menu to choose.

Recently dined at broaster chicken brighton, tried their dinner box, and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was quite good, the food was exquisite, and the man, Rafin, were amazingly friendly. His hospitality, warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole experience. I can't wait to visit again! Really appreciated!

Excellent service, friendly staff, superior food quality. Had the loaded fries which tasted phenomenal. Also had the Angus beef burger and it was just spot on. Highly recommended.
